( ENSPIRE Community Spotlight ) Empowered Flower Girl Hosts 2022 Be the Impact Summit Spotlighting the Youth

As the new generation emerges, society expresses its high expectations for those individuals. Empowered Flower Girl (EFG), is a social enterprise whose mission is to transform the ways young people relate to themselves and the surrounding environment. In the efforts to spread its mission EFG will host the 2022 Be the Impact Summit on Saturday, October 8, 2022, from 11:00 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. EST. The event will be completely free and virtual in order to showcase young activists, leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers to the youth and their advocates around the world.
Empowered Flower Girl was founded in 2010 by Rasheda K. Williams after she shared her story of going from excluded to empowered in Cosmopolitan Magazine. She is dedicated to drawing attention to the young people who are currently leaving a positive impact in their communities as well as providing resources to those who yearn to do so. Along with being the founder of Empowered Flower Girl, Williams is an award-winning mentor and speaker whose motto is “Relevant. Relatable. Real.”. This motto follows her throughout all of her endeavors including her guidebook journal “Be EmPOWERed: How to Live Above & Beyond Life’s Drama”.
The Summit will consist of the Youth Power Panel (featuring Avery Kelley, Vanesha and Varshini Hari, and Rosemary Nwaosuagwu), the Passion.Purpose.Profession: Introduction to Strategic Service Workshop(facilitated by founder Rasheda Williams), and the Youth Service America Presentation (featuring Nikki Liles).
