Please share with us your journey in creating Soul Intelligence® and what clients can expect when signing up.
My journey into creating Soul Intelligence® wasn’t something I planned, but something I was called into. After over two decades as a corporate turnaround specialist, I hit a moment in 2020 when everything shifted. I found myself in an oncologist’s office with my now “wuzband,” receiving news that I was being let go from a role I believed would be my last. That phone call cracked me open.
I spent the next several months in deep meditation, prayer, and inner work. That’s when the Soul Intelligence® Method was born: a bridge between science and spirituality that empowers people to release subconscious blocks and step into full energetic alignment without reliving trauma.
When clients sign up, they can expect to experience powerful shifts, physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and energetically. Whether in a session or course, I intend to hold space for true transformation. Clients often say, “I didn’t even know I was carrying that,” and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to their purpose. This work reconnects you with the divine, vibrant, whole version of yourself.
Can you give us a breakdown of how to start releasing energy blockages and heal internally and externally?
The first step in releasing energy blockages is awareness. You can’t release what you don’t acknowledge. Often, these blockages are buried so deep in the subconscious, we’re not even aware they’re running the show. Many people find themselves stuck in cycles of burnout, illness, unfulfilling relationships, or just a general sense of being off-purpose.

Writing the book was truly a journey. I had to revisit moments of collapse, awakening, and alignment.
Each chapter is a step toward returning to yourself. You’ll learn how to decode the messages of your body, release energetic trauma without reliving the pain, and reconnect to your divine purpose. There are stories, tools, and real-life client transformations woven throughout—including those of medical healthcare professionals.
My hope is that readers feel seen, validated, and empowered. That they come to know their pain doesn’t define them and that healing is not only possible, it’s inevitable when you tap into your Soul Intelligence®.
What are the future goals and expectations for Soul Intelligence®, and how do you plan on expanding?
My desire is for Soul Intelligence® is to be a global brand. I see Soul Intelligence® being taught in wellness centers, functional medicine clinics, and spiritual universities around the world. I envision SQ practitioners collaborating with doctors, therapists, and coaches to bring true holistic healing to the forefront, where we treat the human as a whole, not just a diagnosis.
Ultimately, my mission is to create a ripple effect of restoration, elevating the frequency of the planet.
