With over a decade of experience in construction and city government, Neely has created opportunities that extend beyond her company. From providing residential and commercial services to expanding clean energy infrastructure—including electric vehicle charging stations—her work contributes to both economic growth and environmental progress. Neely’s leadership exemplifies the Innovators and Giving Back pillars. By mentoring others and creating jobs within her community, she proves that entrepreneurship can be a vehicle for long-term impact and empowerment.
