The award named after Phillip Dorsey, a man who cared about helping others especially the youth. Father to Keianna and step father to Danielle. They have chosen this platform to continue his legacy by aiding the community to become Up Rising Stars. This years recipients Erin M. Swann going to Rutgers University and Alison K. Fierst going to Carnegie Mellon University. Up Rising Stars Inc. continues its mission through these young ladies to let them know that they have a community of support behind them. They continue to grow each year and are on to something to help the future of the youth.
