( ENSPIRE Community Spotlight ) Miami-Born Artist Uses His Classical Training to Create Unique, Upbeat Dance Tracks with Emotionally-Charged Lyrics

If you’re looking for new music to add to your summer playlist, Miami-born artist Casely is definitely worth checking out. With a sound comparable to Jason Derulo and beats that make you want to dance, this up-and-coming artist is worth keeping on your radar.
Thus far in his career, Casely has collaborated with music giants such as Pitbull, Lil Jon, and Flo Rida and was previously signed to Epic Records under Sony Music’s umbrella and Ultra Records. He was also featured by CNN, MTV, BET, and Seventeen Magazine. He is no stranger to the spotlight either, with live performances including Miami’s Calle Ocho concerts, The Barbados Music Festival, and a European tour in his repertoire. Unfortunately, live performances have been put on hold due to COVID-19, but Casely looks forward to being able to entertain large crowds once it’s safe again.
What makes Casely unique is his musical training. Casely attended Boston’s world-famous Berklee College of Music on a full scholarship as a classically-trained pianist. His education at Berklee College opened his eyes up to some entirely new genres that he could pour his heart into. He is also trained in musical theater with previous involvement in plays such as Jekyll & Hyde (as Dr. Henry Jekyll/ Edward Hyde), Pippin (as Pippin), The Wiz (as the Tin Man), and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (as Joseph). He credits his passion for dancing, song-writing and performing to artists ranging from Prince and Michael Jackson to Death Cab for Cutie and John Mayer.
Some of his most recent releases include the sensually charged track “Touch Me,” “Time Flies” with beautiful instrumentals and emotional lyrics, and “George” which he released last month to address and honor the late George Floyd. Some of his tracks have even reached over a million listens on Spotify, including “Sweat” featuring Lil Jon and Machel Montano and “Midnight” with Pitbull.
Casely’s classical training and experience performing in musical theater mixed with his deep lyrics and addictive rhythms make him a unique and diverse artist. There’s no doubt that his motivation and lust for success will carry him far.

His new single and lyric video for “Never Be Alone” is debuting July 10. This track is an epic piece that will have your heart beating a little bit faster. With rhythmic instrumentation and sultry lyricism, Casely plans to continue to make music on his own terms.
