Imagine a company where there are education, healthcare, wellness, and beauty sectors all in one with someone who has 25 years of experience. Lalanii Wilson-Jones, MBA, is the CEO of Mogul 247 based in Dallas, Texas, and owns 12 other businesses under the parent company. She is also the founder and CEO of Altruist Home Health Care, Inc. and Tender Hands Home Health Care, Inc. Wilson-Jones was featured in Sheen Magazine and on Essence.com, and spoke on various topics, from anticipating challenges to reach success to key strategies for creating thriving partnerships. According to Mogul 247’s website, Lalanii has founded, developed, and led each organization to profitability and brand equity positions by bringing the leadership and skillsets needed to thrive in the competitive ecosystems of some of the world’s largest economies. She didn’t stop her work of creating positive experiences when the COVID-19 pandemic happened.

Wilson-Jones founded Mogul 247 about four years ago after wanting to combine all of her companies and future projects. Her hope was to place all of the projects under one umbrella so the work was managed and streamlined. “The work that has to be done on the ground level is significant and in order to make an impact, the fusion of my organizations was essential so that all of my teams could get the best of me,” she said.

In her businesses, child care, and health care, the strategy is to make positive impacts on the people and communities served with a higher standard of service delivery within every business model. The child care business focuses on finding ways to resolve students’ learning needs during the pandemic, including resourceful and implemented programs for the community like enhanced computer lab, on-site teachers to assist with virtual learning and curricular activities. The health care business focuses on ensuring the patients’ basic needs are met with available resources.

Wilson-Jones hopes to continue to provide that “wow’ factor when people experience the brand, especially during the pandemic. Mogul 247 main concern is to hold themselves to the best customer service experience for everyone who is new to the business. For those looking into navigating the personalization of wellness and health services, and health services and activities under the Mogul 247 umbrella, the product is the customer’s service line. Wilson-Jones encourages customers to hold the business accountable for any expectation.

They want their customers to know that some businesses generally care about them. “To whom much is given, much is required and we should all strive to be better than we were the day before,” Wilson-Jones said. “If we learn from our lessons, and impart our teachings on each other, we can all improve ourselves continually.”

Mogul 247 is working to continue to create positive experiences despite the on-going pandemic. To Wilson-Jones, a patient goes through a journey of life and is able to pass pain-free from their loved ones by their side, the “death with dignity” is deserving and the finality of humanity. There are different services under the umbrella; the child care center provides learning and cultural experiences and the health care business is helping patients with extensive wound care and their wounds healed. Both of these services are fundamental to humanity, ageism, and classism. Learn more about Mogul 247 and the services provided at mogul247.com.
