Rapidly expanding California-based apparel company True Classic Tees is making its mark in Los Angeles and beyond. The online direct-to-consumer business is hitting big with its buttery soft, high quality, premium fitted tees for men. The company became profitable through a fast-growing customer base, offering exceptional customer service and quality T-shirts at lower prices than other apparel companies.

CEO and Co-Founder Ryan Bartlett saw that there was a need for premium t-shirts at a lower price point. Bartlett was committed to providing his customer an alternative to higher-priced designer brands. “We want men to feel cool, comfortable, and confident in their everyday wardrobe,” he states.

Designed to accentuate the arms and shoulders but leaving room in the stomach area for “Dad bods.” The collection includes best-selling packs, crewnecks, v-necks, pockets, henleys, long sleeves, hoodies, sweatshirts, tank tops, and tall-long bodies. True Classic has 15 new styles coming out in 2021, including joggers, hats, shorts, polos, and bomber jackets, to name a few.

Launched in September 2019, True Classic started out with 673 orders the first month. They are now handling over 60K orders per month. “The business itself grew over 3000% in 2020,” explains Bartlett.

Bartlett identified the Tiny House Project as a charity that aligns with his passion. “We give a portion of every sale to military veterans because my family has a deep military background. We provide financial and operational support to the Tiny House Project which builds small houses for homeless vets and gets them off the streets,” says Bartlett. “Our company’s mission is congruent with its social impact and gives us a renewed sense of purpose,” adds Bartlett.
