Over a full day, aspiring music makers received firsthand guidance from one of the industry’s most acclaimed hitmakers.
The experience wasn’t limited to just Rico’s expertise. Special guests included music powerhouses Jim Jonsin (Beyoncé, Usher, Mary J. Blige), Tay Keith (Drake, Travis Scott, Eminem), and Mams Taylor (Snoop Dogg, Travis Barker, T-Pain), further enriching the learning environment.
Rico Love boasts an impressive career. He has been recognized as a four-time Songwriter of the Year and a multi-GRAMMY-nominated songwriter/producer. His contributions to artists like Usher, Nelly, Trey Songz, and Kelly Rowland are undeniable.
Beyond his songwriting and production skills, Rico Love has served as the GRAMMY Vice Chairman for two years. He holds the prestigious position of Chairman of the GRAMMY’s Black Music Collective. His influence extends beyond the studio, as he is the musical director for two major television shows, “The Black Hamptons” and “Carl Weber’s Family Business: New Orleans.”
