( ENSPIRE She Did That ) Infusing Art With Social Activism
LaRayia Gaston is the founder of Lunch On Me, a non-profit organization constructing greater change in the fight against starvation. By redirecting food waste she is able to provide organic healthy meals to the homeless community on Skid Row and other parts of LA. As the founder of the Los Angeles–based organization Lunch on Me, Gaston champions a mission of love without reason to help feed the city’s enormous homeless population with organic meals.
Her mission was brought to Miami to raise awareness for her cause to help eradicate starvation in the US by aligning with Art Basel and its attendees. Through fusing the world of art, activism, and healing in an experience, LaRayia and her team will draw the likes of international talent artists and influencers to create a powerful movement that will feed the soul of a city through food distribution for those who have been displaced during one of Miami’s biggest events of the year, Art Basel.
