What exactly is holistic care, and how can it translate into the restoration of confidence and wellness?
Holistic care encompasses all aspects of health—mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical. It’s a balance between traditional medicine, therapies (such as massage, yoga, and chiropractic care), and lifestyle modifications like nutrition and exercise. It translates into the restoration of confidence and wellness through physical healing, which promotes self-esteem, and mental and emotional balance, which reduces stress. When we feel good, we look good. With a proper diet, regular exercise, and adequate sleep, we gain a sense of control over our bodies, which renews our mind, body, and energy levels.
What is the relationship between wellness and stress management?
Wellness and Stress are intertwined because one must manage their stress level in order to maintain balance to achieve wellness in every aspect of life.

Exercise – Stimulates dopamine, endorphins, and serotonin, which provides calmness, motivation, and improves one’s mood
Setting Boundaries – Allows one to protect their peace, prevents burnout, and improves relationships. Setting boundaries teaches others how to treat you.
How do stress management efforts and holistic care converge into the reclamation of self-confidence?
