Magic Johnson Enterprises (MJE) has officially promoted Alexia Grevious Henderson to President, marking a major leadership shift within the organization. Henderson, who joined the company in 2017, has steadily risen through multiple roles and now steps into one of MJE’s top executive positions.
In her new role, she will oversee MJE’s portfolio of business ventures and strategic partnerships across entertainment, sports, technology, real estate, and community development. Her promotion reflects years of proven leadership in revenue growth, brand elevation, and operational strategy.

Earvin “Magic” Johnson, Chairman and CEO, praised Henderson’s influence and forward-thinking approach within the company. “Alexia’s leadership, creativity, and strategic thinking have been instrumental in driving revenue and elevating our brand,” Johnson said. “She is one of the brightest young minds in today’s business world.”
Before joining MJE, Henderson worked with the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and the Washington Commanders. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Clemson University and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
