( ENSPIRE Community Spotlight ) Holiday Magic Returns to the Bronx Through Community, Care, and Giving Back

For the eighth consecutive year, La La Anthony returned to the Bronx to spread joy, community, and holiday cheer through her annual Winter Wonderland celebration at Gauchos Gym. Held on Friday, December 19, the event welcomed more than 450 children and families from Girls Inc. of NYC and the Police Athletic League for an unforgettable holiday experience centered on giving back and uplifting Bronx youth.
This marks ENSPIRE’s second time attending Winter Wonderland, and each year it becomes even more powerful to witness firsthand the impact of creating intentional, joy-filled spaces for children. Seeing the looks on these kids’ faces—many of whom are experiencing moments like this for the first time—reinforces why events like this matter and why representation, access, and love are essential.
Hosted by La La Anthony and co-hosted by TV personality Paris Phillips, the evening featured surprise performances from Bay Swag, Bri3, Honey Bxby, Lola Brooke, and Zeddy Will, along with appearances by streamers Tylil James and Zoe Spencer.
Beyond the entertainment, what stood out most was the extreme level of care and intention La La Anthony and her team put into making every child feel seen, valued, and celebrated.
This year, children didn’t just attend a holiday event—they left with coats, PS5s, and an abundance of gifts, in addition to experiencing genuine warmth, encouragement, and love throughout the night. From thoughtful giveaways to high-energy moments of celebration, every detail was designed to put smiles on faces and create lasting memories.
In recognition of her continued commitment to the Bronx community, La La Anthony was honored with a proclamation from Councilman Kevin C. Riley and a citation from Bronx Borough President Vanessa L. Gibson, celebrating her leadership and dedication to uplifting local youth.
Fashion Nova and Off-White proudly sponsored the event, with partner Eat Clean Bro. Additional support included raffle prizes from Beats by Dre and Moose Knuckles, along with curated giveaways from Adidas, Fanatics, Savage X Fenty, SheaMoisture, and more.
