Pastor, Author, life coach, and motivational speaker are just a few hats Dr. Ronald Wilson wears. Dr. Wilson, a native of Wilmington, N.C., is the founder and senior pastor of Kingdom Vision Life Center (KVLC) in Greensboro, N.C. Dr. Wilson has a deep passion for writing and has even been called prolific by many. Wilson is a published author with WestBow Press, Publishing Company. His first book, “The Dream Team,” in 2012, and since then has gone to release three more titles, including his 2020 book “Money Needs.”
Dr. Wilson comes from humble beginnings growing up in the housing projects of Wilmington. He became involved in selling drugs and street life in his early years. One night, Wilson experienced a drug overdose that changed his life forever. This near-death experience was the turning point in his life, and he decided to give his life to Jesus. Since then, Dr. Wilson has experienced a total transformation and now uses his life experiences and things he has learned to help inspire and teach others.
Dr. Wilson was called to ministry in 1998, under the leadership of the late Bishop John W. Barber; he developed a strong zeal and passion for souls. He is anointed by God as a visionary, to plant structure and excellence in the lives of God’s people. His overall aim is to bring people into a greater awareness of Heaven’s culture as well as to challenge all to strive towards taking ownership of Heaven’s vision here on the earth.
Dr. Wilson’s goal is to inspire, and that is evident in his ministry programs G.A.M.E (Gaining and Maintaining Education) is a program created for teenage boys through Guilford County middle schools.
