With October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month, many companies are coming to support the cause, but there has been special dedication from a large swath of Fashion and Wellness Brands. According to the National Breast Cancer Coalition, 281,550 new cases of invasive breast cancer will be diagnosed in women in 2021, while 2,650 instances will be detected in men. Therefore, we dedicate the month of October to promoting early screening and testing and raising funding for prevention, treatment, and cure. With every measure of support for Breast Cancer Awareness counting, the extra effort by these fashion and wellness brands is particularly inspiring, with four notable brands being listed below.

Hue Division is a sustainable lounge wear brand that will donate proceeds from all pink products, including hoodies, sweatpants, and t-shirts, during October to the Young Survival Coalition (YSC). YSC is a nonprofit organization whose aim is to develop the community, respond to particular needs, raise awareness, and improve the quality of life of young adults affected by breast cancer on a local, national, and international level. Hue Division’s stitching is infused with the vibrant colors and passion of city life. The sustainable lounge wear collection is manufactured with zero plastic and uses high-quality production and eco-friendly manufacturing. It’s ideal for individuals seeking a premium leisure experience without jeopardizing the environment. Of course, there are many other valuable and worthwhile institutions to support the fight for Breast Cancer Awareness. One example is Sky Wellness, a premium CBD brand, who will donate proceeds from sales during October to the Coalition of Blacks Against Breast Cancer, a nonprofit whose mission is to provide high-quality information and support to Black breast cancer patients in the Phoenix metropolitan area, as well as to educate the Black community about breast cancer prevention, diagnosis, and screening–and also to the Bosom Buddies of Arizona, a nonprofit whose mission is to provide high-quality information and support to Black breast cancer patients in the Phoenix metropolitan area. In addition, Remo Tulliani is running a buy-one-get-one-free promo on their Dakota Navy Pink, Grace, Harmony, and Brave socks with the promo code HOPE to support Breast Cancer Awareness.

Finally, Rory Worby, a custom silk artist and designer, contributes one of her one-of-a-kind scarves to the Breast Cancer Alliance’s Gala auction next month. Her creations are one-of-a-kind works of art that are constantly inspired by nature. Natural sea salt is hand-painted using Japanese Sumi brushes using environmentally friendly colors, non-toxic water-based resist, and non-toxic water-based resist. The end effect is fantastic wearable art and home decor, and of course, better Breast Cancer Awareness because of her dedication to the Gala.

Overall, whether you choose to support one of these companies or others in their efforts to bring about better Breast Cancer Awareness, early detection, treatment, and hopefully a cure, every donation makes a difference in working towards ending such a terrible disease that has affected too many of us. So if we all do our part and contribute to these causes, even if we might not see the results tomorrow, it’s essential to know that we are making a difference by chipping away at the terrible effects of Breast Cancer and doing so creating a better future.
