( ENSPIRE Music ) Artist Lucky Daye Drops New Album ‘Algorithm’ with a Hosted Release Party

Grammy Award-winning artist Lucky Daye released his newest album, “Algorithm,” last month. On June 27, 2024, to celebrate this significant accomplishment, Lucky Daye hosted a release party at “Sunset At EDITION.” Guests included musicians such as Lena Waithe, BJ The Chicago Kid, Broderick Hunter, and many more.
David Debrandon Brown is a 38-year-old New Orleans-born American singer-songwriter who artistically goes by “Lucky Daye.” Early in his childhood, he discovered his passion for music and his innate ability to compose and sing. Daye Released his first EP in 2018, followed by a second EP the following year (2019) Daye also released his Grammy Award-winning third EP, “Table for Two,” two years later. Daye has also released two albums, “Painted” (2019) and “Candydrip” (2022). Adding “Algorithm,” (2024) to his list.
Daye was born and raised in New Orleans, where he spent the majority of his childhood until deciding to relocate temporarily to Atlanta. He ultimately decided to move to Los Angeles to fulfill his dream of being a musician. His evident vocal ability showed and brought him to his label, Keep Cool, which is affiliated with RCA Records.
For the Grammy awards in 2022, Lucky Daye was nominated five times; these nominations included “Album of the Year” for his composition credits on Beyoncé’s “RENAISSANCE” album and Mary J. Blige’s “Good Morning Gorgeous” Album. Dave received four Grammy Award nominations in 2019, including “best R&B album” and “best R&B song”. In 2022, He won the Grammy Award for “best progressive R&B album” for his EP “table for two.” which was released on 2021. Dave has had numerous collaborations such as “CYBAH” which featured Syd, “Star” featuring Megan Thee Stallion, and others.
Several friends and RCA Records collaborators joined Lucky Dave at his release party to celebrate the release of his new album, “Algorithm,” after being invited.
