Pharrell Williams recently posted an announcement on Instagram with an official LEGO® animated biopic poster launch for the upcoming movie “Piece By Piece.” Directed by Academy Award winner Morgan Neville, this animated movie has creative brilliance and will offer an unparalleled cinematic experience that’s fun for all ages. Pharrell Williams, Mimi Valdes, Caitrin Rogers, and Morgan Neville produced the film. Executive producers include David Lawrence, Shani Saxon, Jill Wilfert, and Keith Malone.
“Piece by Piece” is about the life of the music legend Pharrell Williams to go on his career journey. Through the lens of LEGO® animation, you see the innovative minds behind the animators depicting this small-towner turned global superstar. Along with the exciting animation and storyline, all audiences can connect and enjoy Williams’s music when watching. The movie will premiere at the Telluride Film Festival.
“Piece by Piece” will be released this year on Friday, October 11. The movie will feature Pharrell Williams himself, Gwen Stefani, Kendrick Lamar, Timbaland, Justin Timberlake, Busta Rhymes, Jay Z, and Snoop Dogg.
