( ENSPIRE Community Spotlight ) Inspiring Creatives to Collaborate and Build Forever Relationships

Are you a creative, who wants to get their work out there? Maybe even an up-and-coming influencer, or aspiring artist in the Houston Texas area? If you are, we have an exciting event for you to check out this weekend. On Saturday, January 20th, The Oqupi Houston, LinkUpHTX, founder Servanté Cook, and sponsor Captiv Studios will be hosting a Creative Summit from noon CST to 5:00 pm CST. The goal is to bring as many of the local creatives together for a day of social networking. By the end of the event, they want to bring together as many entrepreneurs, bloggers, content creators, artists, designers, and more, and allow everybody to build bigger platforms. In return, supplying Oqupi a larger creative ecosystem that provides the community with a plethora of resources and connections.

You can expect to have a great time while at the networking event. The Creative Summit has an abundance of activities for everyone to enjoy, such as a one-on-one conversation with special guest and two-time NAACP Image Award Nominee Lynae Vanee. While you are there you can also check for panels discussing“Balancing Act: Managing Creativity and Business in the Industry” and “Crafting a Profitable Path.” Panelists will include Houston-based founders and creatives: Keith Jacobs, Kym Jenkins, Charles Adi, Christina Porter, Nikki Gamble, Kevin Barnett, Michelle Olomojobi, and Shun Gawd. Apart from the sounds provided by DJ Womon and DJ Bloom, creatives can check out Set Designer and Art Director David Landry who will be hosting a creative spotlight.
