What was your driving inspiration to create Vision Oasis Entertainment?
My driving inspiration for creating Vision Oasis Entertainment was wanting to help artists and other personalities reach their full potential while also staying true to themselves. I wanted artists to live in their individuality rather than conform to the masses. Having a team that truly has their best interest at heart is one of the most important aspects of being in this industry.
How does your musical background play into your work?
My background in music education, performance, and theory plays a big role in my career. I better understand my artists from a musician’s standpoint rather than just from a business perspective like many other executives. I can offer them real assistance in music creation and performance rather than going to someone else.
Why does Vision Oasis Entertainment stand out compared to other entertainment agencies?
Vision Oasis is a very well-rounded agency that offers many different services. Anything an artist could need can be done right in-house. We’re a one-stop-shop agency that offers services in artist management, public relations, digital marketing, A&R, and so much more. We have multiple departments to assist in different areas. We also offer virtual and online services for artists and clients across the nation to use our services as well.
Can you tell us some of the biggest challenges you have faced as a CEO?
One of the biggest challenges I face being a CEO is finding a balance between work life and personal life. Running and establishing your agency is very time-consuming but I wouldn’t trade it for the world. I love seeing my artists’ and clients’ success.
What do you hope your clients take away from working with you?
I want my artists to take away that there is someone always in their corner. This industry is very cutthroat. My artists know that I am on their side and truly want what’s best for them. My main goal is to guide them to the goals they want to achieve. There’s no such thing as small victories. Every victory is important no matter how small it may seem.
Do you have any plans for growth with Vision Oasis Entertainment?
I’m excited and proud of the direction my agency is going. In the future, I would love to work with many more artists, companies, and brands. I’d love to collaborate with some more of my favorite artists and work on different campaigns together. I see my agency succeeding in every way and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for us.
