( ENSPIRE She Did That ) Last Month, IYUANA, a West Memphis-native Singer, Released “Ridin’ and Slidin’” with One Prize Records

On June 20th, IYUANA released her new single, “Ridin’ and Slidin’,” which is available on all major streaming platforms. This new single is a feel-good line dance with enticing instrumentation and intoxicating vocals. The song invites its listeners to move with it and gives instructions for doing so. The music video is just as joyful a celebration and shows a dance following the lyrics while adding their improvisation. And yet, as much as it invites its listeners to dance, it still maintains an atmosphere that makes it perfect for a late-night drive during the summer.
The song follows Iyuana’s 2024 single “Arkansas Woman” as the next step in her line dancing catalogue and her rise as a soul artist. She first attracted attention through video performances showing her ability on stage, such as during her set at Blues Off Broadway in West Memphis in May 2025. In this musical journey, she’s been able to share the stage with Bobby Rush, Calvin Richardson, and others.
Iyuana was born and raised in West Memphis, Arkansas, where she is a cosmetologist, actor, dancer, writer, poet, singer, and recording artist signed to One Prize Records. On top of that, she is also a wife, mother of four, and grandmother of one. She is using her various talents to forge a lasting legacy for her children’s children and to impact the lives of others.
