( ENSPIRE Feature ) Detroit Native Ameerah “The Songstress” Has Released Her Debut Single For Her Upcoming LP Entitled “Everything”

R&B and Soul solo artist Ameerah “The Songstress” has dropped her new single, “Everything,” which is the first of seven that will be featured on her upcoming LP. For her new song, the singer collaborated with grammy-award winning songwriter and producer Malik Yusef—who has worked with the likes of Beyonce, Kanye West Ty Dolla Sign, and Common.
Hailing from Detroit, Michigan, Ameerah The Songstress is a versatile artist who is using her music to talk about real-world issues. Her debut single, “Everything,” is focused on female empowerment and self-awareness. The singer is dedicated to not only her music but to her work in community outreach and empowering women. When she’s not in the studio, she runs a non-profit organization called ‘Woman Empowered’ to assist single mothers all over the world. For now, the organization is focused on empowering those in her native Detroit area.
“The Songstress” has completed melded her passion for music and philanthropy, as she believes philanthropy and music have always gone hand-in-hand. So much music is based on the real issues that plague our society that philanthropy has become a part of the industry.
Along with her debut single, Ameerah The Songstress will be releasing a short film on female empowerment called ‘EVERYTHING THE MOVIE.’ The film showcases Ameerah The Songstress and actor Tobias Truvillion—who is known for his first major role as Vincent Jones in the ABC series One Life to Live. “The Songstress” will be submitting the short film to the 2021 Michigan Emmy Awards.
