After four successful seasons in the NFL with the St. Louis Rams and a Super Bowl Championship under his belt, Justin Watson can do anything he puts his mind to. Once he retired, Justin put the dedication and self-discipline he learned to be a professional athlete to good use, motivating and inspiring others to reach their fitness goals and be the best versions of themselves. He founded Studio Physique Fitness Club, where Justin focuses on building mutual respect between himself and clients, teaching them how to balance and incorporate different fitness techniques into their lives.
When Justin left the NFL in 2002, he knew he possessed a gift to motivate people. After so much success working in the health and fitness industry. He’s ready to enter a new sector where he plans to make a different impact.
