ENSPIRE Contributor: LaShonda Thompson
When ENSPIRE Magazine sources for its content, it goes for the best. As we continue to lay out our features for the “Be-Well” print edition, we introduce another one of our premier chefs, Chef Tregaye. The chef is honored to be the first African-American woman to win Food Network Star, as well as one of the first chefs to introduce food to the OWN Network with her show “Tregaye’s Way.” To add to her resume, she is also a Cakalikes host, airing on Food Network and Discovery Plus.
Chef Tregaye has made quite the name for herself, and her one-of-a-kind recipes will have you continually wanting more. And when she’s not chef’ing around the kitchen, she’s writing books or working her many entrepreneurial endeavors.
Her cookbook/autobiography “Kitchen Conversations With Chef Tregaye” is packed with passion, delicious recipes, and anecdotes from her life in the kitchen! You’ll laugh, cry, and become hungry, so get ready to cook!
ENSPIRE Magazine is excited to have Chef Tregaye featured in the “Be-Well” print edition. Our readers will get some great insight into the chef, her career, and her love for cooking.
