( ENSPIRE Feature ) Airbnb Hosted Samara Joy and Her Family for the Grammy Awards
Last Sunday, Samara Joy won not one, but two Grammy awards for her first nomination. The 23-year-old jazz singer was nominated for Best Vocal Jazz Album and Best New Artist after the release of her sophomore album “Linger A While”. Born and raised in the Bronx, NY, music has always been a guiding presence within Samara. Her grandparents led the well-known Philadelphia Gospel group, the Savettes, and her father toured with the renowned Andrae Crouch. It was evidently magical to spend this LA trip with her family as they have supported her journey from the very start.
Samara celebrated with her family in a luxury LA home thanks to Airbnb! She shared special moments with her family at her “home away from home” thanks to Airbnb. Since Samara had a central location for all of her family to stay, she could experience the Grammy’s differently than if she were to stay anywhere else making her experience even more memorable.
How amazing is this journey for Samara as she could comfortably and stylishly share it with her family! This Grammy award-winning artist’s story and commitment are one to be “ENSPIREd” by. Her story is really heartwarming because it is an example of what it means to stay dedicated and work hard toward your goals and dreams. Samara is also a testament to the importance of a support system and positive examples or role models. She is not shy to mention the importance of her family and mentors during and currently in her journey.
Make sure you continue to watch Samara Joy‘s journey as she continues to shine bright like the star she is.
