The duo group Flyana Boss is back again with another EP to share. Bobbi Lanea is from Detroit and Folayan is from Texas. The multi-instrumentalists met in college and exchanged verses through YouTube beats. They formed Flyana Boss, the Hip-hop girl bosses who share a strong bond and amazing song anthems. Flyana Boss just released their new EP “Make It A Double”, which includes their anthem “You Wish”, a song for the baddies, and “Trashboi” a female empowering song. The duo received high praise from Live Nation’s Ones To Watch and Earmilk.
“Make It A Double” is described as a brain-tickling experience with beats and lyrics that will slap you in the face. The duo created this EP in celebration of Juneteenth. Bobbi Lanea and Folayan Kunerede want to share their powerful lineage and take inspiration from Black women who are icons and leaders. They share their admiration and respect with individuals such as Harriet Tubman, Michelle Obama, Beyonce, and Cleopatra. This EP is a reminder of Black greatness and female legacy. Flyana Boss are entertainers who want to make you laugh and showcase their boss power. Their TikTok is going viral as these young women keep raising the bar.
