Miranda Joan has released her new album “Overstimulated,” which was produced by  Carrtoons. The album includes some of her recent 2023 singles, such as “She Knows,” “Bada Bing!” and “Kiss a Stranger.” The Canadian singer and songwriter says, “It is a collection of songs that came from the period through lockdown and into the reopening of life that serves as a glimpse into the dissonant corners of my mind. “Overstimulated” explores the fullest sense of the word. From a romance in space to my love of caffeine, the loss of an old friend, and the promise of new love, overstimulation is the undercurrent to all this living. Everything changed quickly, but we never stopped being. My mind kicked into overdrive and launched me into an existential rollercoaster ride. These stories are the result,”

Joan has shared the stage with high-profile artists such as Andy Grammar, Lorde, Shawn Mendes, and The Killers. She has been acclaimed by Consequence, NPR, BBC, Wonderland, and LADYGUNN. She made her first appearance in the industry with her EP “Still,” which gained traction from Bandcamp. According to First Avenue, Miranda Joan was selected as one of the First Up with RBCxMusic Emerging Artists when she released her debut album “Windborne.” Prepare to feel far away in space in this new album as her voice echoes out, bringing you into a new world, especially with her first song, “Circle.” She is currently on tour with The Killers
