Luke Speakman is an up-and-coming young star. He has been a part of well-known projects and featured alongside prominent stars. At only 5 years old he was in Amazing Stories by Steven Spielberg on Apple TV+. He has been in a variety of movie genres and a variety of mediums. Luke has worked on films, television series, short films, and voiceovers. He has done horror scenes, comedy scenes, emotional scenes, and more, showing his already huge range as a young actor. Luke has appeared in many notable projects such as Young Rock, The Exorcists, Lost Man Found, and more. He was the lead in a short film that was featured at the 2023 Mammoth Film Festival. His range in acting and ability has resulted in a very impressive resume already that will only grow as time goes on.
Luke began his career at only five years old, working on Steven Spielberg’s Amazing Stories on Apple TV+. Luke and his parents found that acting was the perfect way to channel his “big emotions” as well as his friendliness. He knew on his very first day on set that acting was for him. “There was so much to learn, and I was hooked! I knew I was where I was meant to be! From that day on, I was determined to do whatever I could to spend as much time as I could on set!”, said Luke. He loves every part of being an actor and loves a challenging role. This job also allows him to travel and meet new people, doing work as far as Tokyo, Japan.
Luke is excited about two upcoming feature projects, “The Invisible Raptor” and “Coal River”. The Invisible Raptor is a comedy that features many well-known actors such as Sean Aston, J.J. Nolan, Caitlin McHugh, and more. Coal River was Luke’s first action film, and he even performed some of his stunts. His training in American Ninja Warrior helped him when performing.
Luke Speakman at such a young age is already incredibly experienced in multiple forms of acting. He has done work involving a variety of genres and different forms of acting such as voice acting. Luke has worked with big names in the industry and appeared on popular platforms such as Hulu, Disney+, Apple TV, Peacock, and more. He has some very exciting upcoming projects. It is clear that Luke loves acting, and it shows in all of his work.
