A multi-award-winning artist, Stonebwoy is an artist who fuses afro-beats, dancehall, and reggae into his songs. A Grammy-nominated artist who is heating up your playlist with a new summer jam called “Your Body.” This new single release was amid his recent single “Ekebele,” featuring Nigerian rapper Odumodublvck, and the announcement of his new global distribution and label-services deal with Warner Music Group’s ADA Worldwide. Stonebwoy recently performed “Ekelebe” on SiriusXM’s Tuff Gong show. The visuals of “Your Body” are set to release and capture the beaches and tropical vibe for the summer. This is the follow-up single for the 6th studio album.
The Afro-dancehall artist has pushed the boundaries of music and has inspired listeners. He walked away with seven awards. At the 2024 Telecel Ghana Music Awards, including Artist of the Year, the award show’s top honor. Stonebwoy is involved in charitable initiatives through the Livingstone Foundation. Including global collaborations seen in CNN’s exclusive African Voices Changemaker piece on the Black Diaspora through music and culture. According to the CNN interview, Stonebwoy states, “Very few have propelled Ghana’s dancehall movement to greater heights than Stonebwoy, whose real name is Livingstone Etse Satekla. He is not only one of the most renowned Reggae and dancehall artists across Africa, but he also commands the respect and admiration of Caribbean audiences.”
He is scheduled to attend Paris Fashion Week with a performance at Daily Paper’s Dreadluxe fashion event. Following an upcoming performance at the Sierra Nevada World Music Festival in the Bay Area, CA. “Your Body” is a playful, seductive song with vocals and melodies that will have you bopping your head during the heat.
