( ENSPIRE Trending News ) Beyoncé to Release ‘Black is King’ on Disney+
Beyoncé is setting off the beyhive with the declaration of her new visual collection Black is King, in light of the music from 2019’s The Lion King: The Gift. The movie, composed, created, and coordinated by Beyoncé, is set to make a big appearance by way of Disney+ on July 31 to match with the commemoration of Disney’s live animation The Lion King that saw the mainstream vocalist and entertainer voice Nala.
The list of guest appearances will consist of Childish Gambino, Kendrick Lamar, Pharrell, 070 Shake, Tierra Whack, Jay-Z, Blue Ivy Carter, and Jessie Reyez, just as African craftsmen including Wizkid, Shatta Wale, Burna Boy, Mr. Eazi, Tiwa Savage, Tekno, Yemi Alade, Busiswa, and Salatiel.
The film represents the lessons of The Lion King for “today’s young kings and queens in search of their own thrones and crowns”, the companies said. According to Disney, the movie has been in production for one year with a cast and crew that represent “diversity and connectivity”.
