Caitlynne Curtis is a Nashville-based Billboard-charting musician. She rose to prominence on TikTok, where she has 1.6 million followers, and posts comedy videos often featuring her six-year-old son, Jonah. Since she was 3 years old, music has been an integral part of her life. Curtis began voice training at age 6, leading up to an appearance as a competitor on the X Factor at age 16. Though she didn’t advance as a finalist, she persevered with her music career. Curtis is now signed to Angels & Outlaws, an independent label spearheaded by rapper Struggle Jennings.
Just in time for Father’s Day weekend, Curtis is releasing a new Country power ballad this Friday, 6/16. The single, ‘Where You Left Off’, is an emotional ode to Curtis’ father, who worked tirelessly to support her and her siblings. Curtis, a single mother raising her son while also juggling an exploding music career, says about the song, “Growing up it was hard to see my dad give up on his dreams to raise me and my siblings so I wrote this song to let him know his dreams are still alive and I’ll be picking up where he left off. This is my first-ever country release!”
Curtis’ music can be listened to on Spotify, where ‘Where You Left Off’ will drop on the 16th. The wistful Country ballad is a perfect way to show your love, respect, and gratitude to the hard-working father in your life. Caitlynne Curtis will be on tour with Struggle Jennings as they support Jelly Roll on his Backroad Baptism 2023 tour presented by Live Nation. The tour, beginning on July 28th will also feature artists such as Ashley McBryde, Chase Rice, Elle King, Three 6 Mafia, and Yelawolf. Head to https://www.caitlynnecurtis.com for ticket info.
