Gospel singer Naomi Raine is a member of the Grammy Award-winning collective Maverick City Music. Her ability to create Christian music appeals to the masses by infusing traditional Gospel R&B pop and hip-hop elements. Raine has been a solo artist since 2015 and has co-signed with Gospel greats such as Kirk Franklin and CeCe Winans. Raine just released a new Holiday EP called “The Gift.” This 4 track EP includes three original songs and a holiday classic, “Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas.”
Naomi Raine was born in New York. Her parents, Lawrence and Marissa Felder, are known for their Gospel roots. She has shared her message on Jesus Christ to thousands who would listen. Raine has been featured in projects with Todd Dulaney, J.J. Hairston, Bethel Music, Jonathan and Melissa Helser, and Israel Houghton. A wife and Mom of three, she is down-to-earth and fun-loving. She is also a Worship Pastor at Fresh Start Christian Center in Mount Vernon, NY.
Raine’s newest EP embodies warmth and holiday joy while honoring Jesus in her 3 original tracks. Produced by TRIBL Records, this five-time Grammy winner has earned Billboard Music Awards, Dove Awards, and Stellar Awards. She toured on the “It’s Time Tour,” an all-female worship tour with Tasha Cobbs Leonard, Tamela Mann, TAYA, Natalie Grant, and Katie Torwalt, to name a few.
Naomi Raine comments on this latest Holiday project, “Releasing this project has felt so natural! Yes, I love Christmas and the joy of the holiday season, but I hope that these songs create space for people to reflect on the generous gift that Jesus gave to the world,” says Naomi about the project. She concludes, “That profound, sacred truth is something we can celebrate all year long, but I hope these songs minister to those who need a reminder of the hope we have in Jesus amid the holiday hustle.”
