( ENSPIRE News ) Actress and Model Zoe Kravitz Celebrates Her SNL Co-Hosting Achievement with Celebrity Friends
Zoe Kravitz, the daughter of Lisa Bonet and Lenny Kravitz, continues to make her mark in the entertainment industry. She recently co-hosted SNL with Oscar Issac, which is the same place where her grandparents (Lenny Kravitz’s parents) met for the first time. On March 13th, Saturday Night Live hosted the after-party for its March 12 episode at neighboring restaurant L’Avenue at Saks.
This week’s SNL guest-host Zoë Kravitz attended the party with her godmother Marisa Tomei and fellow actors and friends Tessa Thompson, Ilana Glazer, and Alia Shawkat. Kravitz chose a chic, minimalist look for the evening, wearing wide-leg jeans, a black crop top, and black kitten heels. SNL creator and producer Lorne Michaels also attended the party with his family alongside the series’ starring actors Kate McKinnon, Michael Che, Kenan Thompson, Aidy Bryant, Bowen Yang, Chloe Fineman, Alex Moffat, Kyle Mooney, Melissa Villaseñor, and Ego Nwodim, who celebrated her birthday at the event.
Other attendees included Tommy Dorfman, Whitney Peak, Rachel Dratch, Steve Higgins, Lindsay Shookus, Paul Arnhold, Alex Wolff, and John Reynolds. Upon arrival, a crowd immediately gathered at Zoë Kravitz’s table to toast to her wonderful performance as she expressed her gratitude while perched on Ilana Glazer’s lap. Kravitz mingled with other partygoers throughout the evening and stayed well until the end of the night, not before stopping for a smoking break on L’Avenue at Saks’ patio with breathtaking views of Rockefeller Center.
The crowd got more lively as the evening carried on, with guests dancing and drinking throughout the duration of the evening in L’Avenue at Saks’ bar and dining room and its lower-level lounge Le Chalet. Seemingly unaware of the daylight savings time change, guests partied well through the early hours of the day, most not leaving until 5:30 AM.
Just around the corner from 30 Rock, L’Avenue at Saks has hosted numerous events for SNL, including the after-parties for Taylor Swift’s appearance in November 2021, Harry Styles’ appearance in November 2019, and the fall welcome back party in September 2019. The event continued its star-studded weekend at L’Avenue at Saks. On March 12th, celebrity stylist Micaela Erlanger hosted her bridal shower at L’Avenue at Saks which was attended by her client Lupita Nyong’o and designers Jason Wu and Alejandra Alonso Rojas. L’Avenue Saks allows celebrities to unwind, socialize, and create memories.
