Adrienne Houghton is diving into all things love, dating, and relationships in the episode of CLEO TV’s “All Things Adrienne With Adrienne Houghton” airing Saturday, Sept. 19th at 9 p.m. ET/8 p.m. CT with an encore episode at 12 p.m. ET/11 a.m. CT. 

Adrienne reflects on why starting to date at age 13 was a bad idea, and explores the keys behind a healthy marriage. The Latina star opens up about insecurities, deal-breakers, and dishes out her best dating advice gems in this candid episode. Adrienne also shares her take on why she is more attracted to personality overlooks.

New Soul Kitchen

Season two of CLEO TV’s “New Soul Kitchen” returns with a double-header on Saturday, Oct. 3rd at 9 p.m. ET/8 p.m. CT and 9:30p.m ET/8:30 p.m. CT. Chef Jernard Wells returns to prepare even more robust recipes in the series’ extended, 30-minute format. In each episode, these chefs join forces to whip up a feast while providing flavorful conversations on the side. In every episode, recorded pre-COVID-19, the culinary gurus explain their unique approaches to their favorite comfort foods, which are sure to inspire viewers to experiment while they continue to dine safely during the quarantine.
