After a long hiatus, producer Andrea Carax is now back with a new single collaboration with Denali Nova called “May B U.” Afro-soul and Afro-house music genres influence this new song and have a danceable upbeat. With a soulful touch and R&B fusion, “May B U’ this Afrobeat will sweep the clubs’ music list. He recently launched his label, Panic Attack Music. With the help of the lyrics by Denali Nova, this collaboration is an introduction to a new sound and era for Carax.
Andrea Carax is a musical maestro born and raised in Calabria, South Italy. At a young age, he dabbled in music, playing piano and clarinet, which paved the way to music production in his teen years. With time and passion, he made a name for himself, and his first song aired on a central radio station in the Netherlands hosted by DJ Giel Beleen. Universal Music Group executives, which led to collaborations that shaped his career recognized his musical prowess. A versatile producer, Carax has collaborated with Grammy award-winning artists such as reggae producer J-Vibe, contributing to the Billboard-charting EP of Sede Serena and Nyemiah Supreme.
In 2018, David Miller, president of Seven Grand Entertainment and former VP President International of Atlantic Records, saw Andrea’s talent and signed him under his roster. This began his now unique producing and music career. “May B U” is the essence of life’s journey through the lyrics and infectious sounds. As for his new music label, Panic Attack Music, Carax explains, “Music saved my life; it was the light during my dark period, a way to escape.”
