Acclaimed Harlem Chef JJ heats things up on this week’s episode of “Just Eats With Chef JJ” aired on March 6 at 9 p.m. ET/8 p.m. CT. This week, Chef JJ and rapper Slim Thug prepared mouth-watering special-styled Cheesesteaks loaded with cheddar gouda cheese, onions, and peppers. Additionally, the two created a tantalizing BLT with pastrami bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, and aioli on multigrain bread. To compliment the decadent-flowing vibes, Chef JJ paired the sandwiches with a Big Boy Manhattan.

CLEO TV serves up a second helping of quick and savory gourmet on the next episode of “New Soul Kitchen Remix” hosted by acclaimed chef Jernard Wells airs March 8 at 9:30 p.m. ET/8:30 p.m. CT. Chef Jernard’s weekly cooking demonstrations provide healthy alternatives to viewers’ favorite classic dishes.

The weather is heating up and so is the new soul kitchen. On this week’s episode, Chef Jernard shares his favorite BBQ recipes, including Peach Chipotle Glazed Pork Chops with his delicious signature coleslaw. In true “New Soul Kitchen Remix” fashion, these dishes don’t sacrifice flavor or health-conscious ingredients.

CLEO TV highlights a new episode of “CLEO Speaks” aired March 7 at 9 p.m. ET/8 p.m. CT. The groundbreaking and candid series showcases some of the most powerful and influential women of color in the country to tell their story and speak their truth in an intimate setting.

In this episode, “CLEO Speaks” featured Sharon Chuter, entrepreneur and founder of Uoma Beauty and Pull Up for Change. The youngest of six children, Chuter discussed being bullied as a child for not being the standard of beauty in Nigeria and speaking up against injustice. She credits her difficult childhood as being her greatest blessing because it revealed her true self. Her rebellious nature made her question the lack of inclusivity in the beauty industry and led her to create Uoma Beauty. On this episode of “CLEO Speaks,” Chuter shares her outrage of major corporations’ response to the George Floyd tragedy and how it spurred the creation of The Pull Up for Change campaign.
